The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” – Dr. Seuss

The KICS Library seeks to develop life long learners and instill a love of reading in students, parents, and staff. It provides resources, instruction, and support, and organizes book fairs and reading incentive programs to meet these goals. The KICS community has access to over 12,000 books, ebooks, DVDs, audiobooks, and magazines, as well as several electronic databases including JSTOR.

Parents can set up library accounts and are encouraged to check out books not only for themselves but also to read with their kids. Reading aloud with your child is not only a wonderful way to create great memories but also an easy opportunity to improve their vocabulary, introduce them to stories from around the world, and to relax together.

Browse the KICS Library collection through the online catalog and log into your account to place a hold on a book you’d like to read, renew overdue books, check out Dr. Thomas’ recommendations, and more.
