Dear KICS family,
We made it through Week 1 of KICS Learning Continues at home. Very, very well done to each of you.
As you enter the weekend, may you find rest this weekend. We are thankful for the good report that no new cases were identified yesterday in Rwanda. We will continue to pray for the best as the Government continues to be diligent through this effort.
As we close the week, I wanted to leave you with the opening section from one of my favorite Dr. Seuss books, Oh the Places You'll Go.
Today is your day.
You're off the Great Places!
You're off and away!
You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself any direction you choose.
Thankful for each of you. Thankful that you have each chosen to dive into this and make the most of this situation. These are unprecedented times and we want to say well done on our first week in navigating this. We are proud of you and thankful for you. We look forward to all that is in store. Whatever that may be, together, with God's help, we can get there stronger and together.
May God's grace, mercy, and peace be yours this weekend. May you find rest in God's presence.
Blessings to each of you.
With love and appreciation,
